Change Your Shipping Address on the New SUNPAN Website

It’s easy to ship to any commercial address on the refreshed SUNPAN website. You can conveniently choose a shipping address associated with your company at checkout or enter a new one. Do note, however, that we do not ship to residential addresses.

Choosing from an Existing Shipping Address

The shipping location at checkout is automatically set to the company location you chose at the time of signing in. If you’d like to change the shipping address to another location associated with your account, follow the steps below. 

1- Click "Change location‚ÄĚ under the Ship To section on the checkout page.¬†¬†

2- You will be taken to a new page that lists all the company locations that you have permissions for. Select the company location you wish to ship to.

If you do not see all shipping locations associated with your company on this page it is likely because you do not have permissions for those company addresses, or we do not have those addresses on file. To add additional company shipping locations to your account, please contact customer service.  


3- Continue by clicking¬†‚ÄúChoose location.‚Ä̬†¬†

4- You will be brought back to the checkout page.¬†The¬†‚ÄúShip to‚ÄĚ address¬†will be¬†updated with the selected¬†location.¬†

Shipping to a Different Address

If you wish to ship to an address that is not one of your company locations, follow the steps below.  

 

1- Select ‚ÄúShip to a different address‚Ä̬†

2- Enter the information of the new shipping address in the respective fields.

4- The "Ship to" address is now updated with the new location.

Please note that any new shipping addresses entered in this field are not automatically added to your online account. If you would like to associate the new shipping address to your online account, please contact customer service.
