I just applied to SUNPAN’s Trade Program, when can I expect to get a response? 

Our team will review your application within seven business days. Please note that there may be circumstances where our team may get back to you later than expected, but please be assured that our team will certainly review your application. 

I am not a member of the trade, can I still purchase items directly from SUNPAN? 

To gain access to our items, you will need to have a trade account with our company. If you wish to purchase SUNPAN items as a non-trade member, please visit our Dealer Locator page to find a retailer near you. 

I am not sure if I am classified as a member of the trade. Can I still apply to the SUNPAN Trade Program? 

If you are not sure if you are eligible for the SUNPAN Trade Program, please contact us at info@sunpan.com. 

Does SUNPAN offer custom orders through its Trade Program? 

Customization options are available to members of our Trade Program, however, there is a minimum requirement to request this option. Your local sales representative will be able to advise if your request is eligible for customization.

Once I’ve been approved for a trade account, who can I contact for my project needs? 

All clients will have a dedicated sales representative who will assist them with everything they need. Visit our Contact a Sales Representative page to check who the sales representative is for your location.
