    White glove delivery service is available on orders of $1,000 or more. Contact your customer service representative for pricing.

  • 2. Non-Refundable 

    In case of returns or exchanges, the fee paid towards white glove delivery is non-refundable. 

  • 3. What’s Included 

    Delivery to any room in a home or commercial space, liftgate service, unpacking, furniture assembly, and packaging disposal.

  • 4. What’s Not Included 

    Installation of art pieces, lighting, or wall mirrors is excluded. The delivery team will not shift existing furniture or fixtures.

  • Get a Quote 

    After placing your order, contact your customer service representative to request the service. You will be notified when the order ships from our warehouse to the delivery partner.

  • Schedule an Appointment 

    Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule an appointment. Deliveries must be completed within 10 days of the appointment call or storage charges may apply.

  • Receive Your Order 

    Trained specialists will deliver, unbox, and assemble the furniture that is part of your order in a room of choice, and dispose of all the packaging. 

How to Prepare for White Glove Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for taking measurements beforehand to ensure that item(s) will fit within the desired space and will be navigable through all access points (stairways, entryways, doorways and hallways).  

  • Customers must ensure there are clear pathways around all access points and must remove any objects that could impede delivery and set-up. The delivery team will only handle the item(s) in your order.
