Discover how US customers can choose to order inventory from SUNPAN’s warehouses in Houston or Toronto to make buying decisions based on their business needs.
SUNPAN's state-of-the-art warehouse located at 2540 S Farm-to-Market 565 Rd in, Baytown, Texas. The 200,000 square foot facility will facilitate quicker shipments and pickups for American customers.
Our new 200,000 square foot warehouse in Houston, Texas is now fully operational. This will be our second warehouse, in addition to the Toronto facility, giving customers greater access to inventory.
Customers in the United States have the option to order products from either our Houston or Toronto warehouse. Orders can be placed directly with a SUNPAN sales representative or placed online at us.sunpan.com.
To provide our customers with visibility to inventory across both warehouses, we have enhanced the website. Our online US store (us.sunpan.com) now displays inventory at both our Toronto and Houston warehouses. Customers can add items from one or both warehouses into a single cart and check out online. Orders will be shipped from the respective warehouse to the customer’s designated address.
Pickup can also be arranged from our Houston facility. A customer service representative will be in touch to schedule orders for shipment or pickup, where applicable.

Adding Products from Houston and/or Toronto to Your Cart
Customers can select inventory from either or both of our warehouses based on stock availability. Simply choose the warehouse you wish to order from by clicking the respective inventory availability button on the product page. Please ensure that the right warehouse is selected when adding items to your cart.
Inventory levels will vary between both warehouses. Please review product availability for both the Houston and Toronto warehouses when adding products to your cart as inventory that is out of stock in one warehouse may be available in the other. A single cart can contain inventory from both warehouses.
Combining Products from Both Warehouses in One Order
Products from both warehouses can be added to a single cart for one seamless checkout. Once the order is placed, it will be split and shipped separately by warehouse to the customer’s designated address. If a cart has products from both the warehouses, the order being fulfilled out of Toronto will be shipped directly from our Toronto warehouse to your shipping address in the United States. Similarly, the portion of the order being fulfilled from the Houston facility will be shipped separately to your shipping address, or available for pickup, if requested.
Orders with inventory from Houston and Toronto facilities are shipped from the respective warehouse and delivered to the US shipping address on file.
Picking up Orders at Houston
Pickup is also offered for products that are in-stock and incoming at our Houston warehouse. Orders from the Toronto warehouse can only be shipped to the designated U.S. address and cannot be transferred to Houston for pickup. Pickups are also not available at our Toronto Warehouse for U.S. customers. After placing your order, a customer service representative will contact you to finalize shipping options at which time you can request the pickup option.
Products are available for pick-up from the Houston warehouse while items from Toronto will only be shipped to your US address.
Filter by Warehouse Inventory Availability
You can also browse products based on the inventory availability at each warehouse. This is a handy tool if you are interested in ordering only from one warehouse. When browsing our categories or collections, you can filter by warehouse by selecting either Toronto or Houston on the left-hand side. You can view the product availability from each warehouse on the product page but would still need to choose the warehouse you wish to order from.
Placing Offline Orders
