Quick and Easy Way to Sign-In to Your SUNPAN Account

Your SUNPAN sign-in process will change for the better on our new website. You will no longer have to remember a password. All you need is your registered email address to access your SUNPAN account.


Here's how it works.


As part of our new sign-in process, customers will receive a unique passcode to their registered email addresses. Simply enter this passcode to access your online SUNPAN account. Note that the passcode expires in 15 minutes.


You will receive a new unique passcode every time you sign in. However, you can stay signed into you account for up to 30 days so long as you don't sign out or clear your browser's cache/cookies. This is useful for some customer accounts where multiple users share an email address to browse our website.


This two-factor authentication sign-in process is in line with global best practices and is a more secure way for customers to access our website. All you need to do is ensure that you have access to your registered email account.


If your email is not registered with SUNPAN, your passcode will not work. Existing customers can contact us to add your email address to our database.

Here's a step-by-step tutorial on the sign-in process.

Step 1- If you are a registered user, click onĀ "Login"Ā at the top right hand corner of the screen. Then select the region where your business is based.


Step 2- Enter the registered email address associated with your SUNPAN account.

Step 4- Enter the unique six-digit passcode you receive in your email. It expires in 15 minutes.

Step 5- If your company has multiple locations associated with your account, choose the location you want to shop for. Please note, however, that the location can also be changed later at checkout. If you have only one location associated with your account, you will be directed to our homepage right after signing in.
