Registered SUNPAN customers can continue to shop on our current website as usual, but there will be some changes once we launch the new website. We will be rolling out some features in phases to ensure a smooth transition. Don't worry we will be there to guide you every step of the way!

What This Means for Customers
- All items in Wishlists, Carts and Projects cannot be transferred to the new website or retrieved later. We advise our customers to save information in "Wishlist" and "My Projects" to avoid losing access to it. Please complete orders for items that are in your "Shopping Cart" before we migrate to the new website.
- Past orders, customer information, and appropriate pricing tiers will reflect accurately on customer accounts.
- Secure Sign-In: SUNPAN is leading the way to ensure a more secure sign-in process for our customers with a foolproof passcode log-in process. A unique passcode will be sent to registered email addresses every time a customer logs in to their SUNPAN account on the new website. This two-factor authentication means accounts with multiple users sharing an email address to currently access sunpan.com will need to register all user email addresses with us. Please contact your sales rep if you would like to register email addresses of more users from your company.
